Trust & Safety

Operating a decentralized spatial network requires an uncompromising stance on Trust & Safety. WireSyndicate implements multiple layers of automated and manual moderation to protect both Brands and Developers.

The Global Asset Kill-Switch

If an Advertiser uploads an asset that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., inappropriate content, malicious structural payloads), the moderation team utilizes the Global Asset Kill-Switch.

This mechanism instantly:

  1. Halts distribution of the asset across the entire network.
  2. Purges the asset from our global edge delivery systems.
  3. Invalidates any associated programmatic bids.

Game clients will seamlessly fallback to their default offline textures on their next scene load.

Immediate Deployment & Overwatch

Unlike legacy ad networks, WireSyndicate allows brands to deploy their 2D Dynamic Textures instantly. Assets are available for programmatic bidding the moment they are uploaded.

While assets are deployed instantly, our platform includes a retroactive Global Asset Kill-Switch. If an inappropriate asset is brought to our attention and found to violate our Terms of Service, platform administrators will trigger the Kill-Switch to instantly purge the asset from the network.

Dispute Resolution

If a Developer is flagged for generating anomalous telemetry (e.g., bot farms spoofing raycasts), their organization will face automated account suspension.

Suspended developers can submit a formal appeal through the Publisher Dashboard. During suspension, payouts are locked in escrow until the dispute is securely resolved by our network security engineers.
