Campaign Mechanics

WireSyndicate makes it simple for brands to reach gamers right where they play. When you create a Campaign, you are launching your brand into immersive 3D worlds through a streamlined, automated bidding system.

Launching Your Campaign

Setting up a new campaign only requires three simple steps:

  1. Dynamic Texture: The 2D Creative you want to display to players.
  2. Game Targeting: Select the specific game titles and placement formats where you want your brand to appear.
  3. Your Budget: Set the maximum amount you are willing to pay per thousand impressions (CPM) and your daily budget limit.

How Dynamic Pricing Works

Our platform uses Utilization-Based Dynamic Pricing (UBDP) to ensure fair market rates based on real-time inventory scarcity. When you draft a contract for a specific placement and time window, our engine calculates the current network density and provides a live CPM quote.

You are presented with two Contract Tiers:

  1. Premium Tier (Guaranteed Execution): The highest priority placement. By paying a slight premium over the current market rate, your contract is strictly guaranteed to serve. If necessary, it will instantly preempt and displace any overlapping Standard contracts.
  2. Standard Tier (Preemptible Market Rate): A cost-effective market rate based on current utilization. While highly efficient, these contracts are subject to displacement if a Premium buyer targets the exact same temporal window. If your contract is preempted, any unspent escrow is immediately refunded back to you.

Daily Budget Protection

To protect your marketing budget, every campaign enforces a strict daily spend limit. As your ads are viewed by players, our system tracks your spending. Once your campaign hits your daily limit, we automatically pause your ads for the rest of the day so you never overspend.

Your campaign will automatically reactivate the following day, keeping your brand in front of players while respecting your budget!

Environmental Variables & Best-Effort Delivery

WireSyndicate operates within highly dynamic, 3D runtime environments. While our spatial telemetry engine guarantees that you only pay for deterministic, mathematically verified impressions, the physical delivery of those impressions is subject to the chaos of live gameplay.

  • Verified Gaze & Occlusion: Placements are integrated into active game worlds. Unforeseen environmental variables—such as unpredictable player camera angles, sudden dynamic occlusion (e.g., explosions, vehicles, or NPCs blocking the line of sight), and engine-level culling—can impact visibility. We guarantee the rigorous measurement of the impression, but physical delivery is executed on a best-effort basis.
  • Geographical Routing: Geo-targeted campaigns rely on edge-network IP resolution to determine the client's physical location. Factors outside of our control—including the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), mobile carrier routing anomalies, and ISP masking—may obscure a player's true origin. Geo-targeting is applied as a strict routing preference, but cannot be guaranteed with 100% real-world accuracy.
