WireSyndicate ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to mathematically securing your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect information across our spatial network.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy strictly differentiates between Platform Users (Brands, Agencies, and Developers who register for our dashboard) and End-Gamers (the players interacting with the Unity games utilizing our SDK).

2. End-Gamer Telemetry (Zero-PII Guarantee)

The WireSyndicate Unity SDK and Edge Delivery Network are architected to collect ZERO Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from end-gamers.

  • What We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect, ingest, or store end-gamer IP addresses, MAC addresses, device identifiers, gamer tags, or location data.
  • What We DO Collect: Our SDK relies entirely on localized, client-side geometric raycasting. We only ingest anonymized, mathematically aggregated data points from the game engine:
    • durationMs (How long an asset was in the camera frustum).
    • screenCoverage (The percentage of the screen the asset occupied).
    • placement_id and game_id (To route the data to the correct developer).

3. Platform Users (B2B Data Collection)

When you register for a WireSyndicate account, we collect standard business routing parameters:

  • Organization Name, Business Email, and Entity Type.
  • Cryptographic session tokens and authentication logs.
  • Exclusion of Financial PII: All highly sensitive compliance data (Tax IDs, banking details) is collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store this data on our bare-metal infrastructure.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use B2B Platform User data strictly to:

  • Authenticate your access to the dashboard.
  • Route automated billing and payout reconciliations.
  • Send critical network alerts (e.g., campaign exhaustion, SDK updates).

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners required to operate the network:

  • Stripe: For financial clearing and KYC verification.
  • Cloud Providers: (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) For database hosting and Edge API routing.

6. Security Perimeter

We employ Zero-Trust Row Level Security (RLS) on our databases and enforce strict environment segregation to protect your organizational data from unauthorized extraction.
